Q: How do I place an Order?
A: Follow these simple steps to place your online order:
1. Once you find a style that you like, click on the picture of it, then scroll down to see the colors that it comes in.
2. Click on the drop down arrow underneath the word “Color” to see the available colors for that particular wig.
3. Click on the actual color that you want to order then click on the “Add to Cart” button.
4. If you want to add more to your cart, click on “Continue Shopping” or X out that window. Repeat steps 1-3 until you are ready to check out.
5. Once you are ready to check out, click on “Proceed to Checkout” or click on the shopping bag that says “Items” in the top right corner of your page. You will be prompted through until the end.
6. Shipping within the U.S. is $10; shipping to Canada is $30; and shipping to all other countries is $45. If you are shipping something that is heavier than average, more funds may be needed.

Q: Can I change or cancel an order?
A: Orders can only be modified within 2 business hours from being placed. We begin processing each order very quickly in order to ship as soon as possible. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (PST). To change or cancel an order, you must contact us at (877) 567-9447 and ask to speak to the Returns Department so that they can verify that the order has not been shipped out yet. If you do not reach a representative, you must leave a message.
Q: What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
A: If you don’t see a product you’re looking for, email Info@GodivasSecretWigs.com or call Toll Free (877) 567-9447 and we will try to get you a price quote. We have many items available, which are not on our site.
Q: How do I know if a product is available?
A: We have a huge inventory in our warehouses, so we usually have the item in stock, or can have it within a couple of days. Occasionally an item is backordered for an extended period of time, in which case we will notify you of the status and the expected due date. If you want to know if a specific item is in stock, please email or call us and give us the Item Name and Color and we can look it up for you.
Q: What color should I order?
A: Choosing a color can be tricky, especially when your only guideline is the color chart. If you have bought wigs from us before, you may already know the exact color you want. If this is your first time purchasing from us, here are a few helpful tips:
1. Look at our Color Videos, found on our website or on YouTube.com.
2. Look at the other wigs on our website to see larger pictures of many of the colors.
3. Go to www.YouTube.com and look up Godiva’s Secret Wigs. We have created lots of videos and many show a 360 degree view of the wigs and the colors. This will also give you a better idea of the colors.
4. If you are still having trouble, email us at Info@GodivasSecretWigs.com and tell us what you are looking for or send us a picture of your hair or a color that you like. Our experienced staff can help make color recommendations; however, we cannot guarantee that our suggestions will work for you. Our staff is not responsible if you do not like the color that you choose.
5. If you want to actually be able to see all of the colors before you purchase a wig, you can order an entire Color Ring from us for $45.
6. If you are having trouble choosing between a couple colors, you can purchase individual Color Swatches for $4 each. This is a wonderful way to compare a few colors and make your choice.
Q: Can I purchase a Color Ring?
A: You can purchase a full Godiva’s Secret Wigs Color Ring for $45. This way you can actually see each color swatch.
Q: Do I have to buy an entire Color Ring?
A: You do not have to buy a full Color Ring. You can buy individual Color Swatches for $4 each. This is a great way to compare colors if you are torn between a couple.
Q: What methods of payments can I use?
A: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard,and PayPal.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: At the time of your transaction, the funds are pulled from your account and held. Once your order is actually shipped, the funds will be captured. *If you place an order and then decide to cancel it, you may still see the funds pending, but they will not be captured by us, so they will go back into your account within a couple days.
Q: Will I be taxed on my purchase?
A: All orders shipped outside of California are tax-free. Orders shipped to an address in California are charged sales tax.
Q: Can I order by phone?

Q: When will my order be processed?
A: All orders placed on our website are processed by the next business day; however that does not mean that they will ship out that day.
Q: I wanted to purchase a wig on your website, but accidentally ordered it twice. What do I do?
A: If you accidentally order the same wig twice, please call us Toll Free at (877) 567-9447 or email Info@GodivasSecretWigs.com immediately. We will look into it and make sure you are only charged once. Sometimes, it appears that you ordered twice, but it was only charged once.
Q: How do I get a final invoice?
A: The invoice will be included in your package along with the item(s) you purchased.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: Since we are constantly adding new styles and colors to our collection, we do not have a catalog. All of our wigs can be seen on our website. Q: I sent you an email and I never got a response. What happened?
A: We always attempt to answer emails as soon as we receive them, but sometimes it may take a day or two. If you have not received a response from us after two days, it is most likely that we did not receive your email or the response was sent to your spam mail. In that case, please try again. We want to help each person and answer every single question you may have!
