Q: What is your return policy for online purchases?
A: We want you to love the merchandise that you receive from Godiva’s Secret Wigs!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the style or color that you chose, you have TWO options:
Option 1 : FREE EXCHANGE- Exchange your merchandise for a different style or color, without any restocking fees!
Option 2: RETURN FOR REFUND- You may return your merchandise for a refund, minus a restocking fee. There is a $15 restocking fee for each wig and top piece and a 15% restocking fee for all other products.
Send back any merchandise that you aren't happy with. If you've decided to do an EXCHANGE, once we receive the product, we will give you a Store Credit for the full amount of your product. You will receive an email regarding the Store Credit and then you will be able to use the credit to purchase whatever item(s) you would like instead. If you've decided to do a REFUND, once we receive the product, we will refund your money back to you, minus the restocking fee for each item. Shipping and handling are never credited or refunded.
All returns must be received back to Godiva’s Secret Wigs within 14 days of receiving your purchase. After 14 days, there will be no returns. Product(s) must not have been worn, damaged or altered in any way and the original tag must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse your request if we feel these conditions have not been met.
Q: How do I return items I purchased online that I'm not satisfied with?
A: Send your package, the Return Form and a copy of your receipt, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Write “RETURN” on the outside of the box.
Note: If you request our assistance in selecting a style or color, please understand that we can only make suggestions and cannot guarantee that these suggestions will work for you. We cannot waive the restocking fee on returns, so please be sure to order carefully.

Q: I wanted a refund but haven’t received it yet. How long does it take?
A: Once we receive your returned product, we will submit the refund, minus any restocking and shipping fees. It does take a few days to get processed through the banks though, so please be patient. Sometimes you won't see the refund until your next bank statement.

Q: What is your return policy for in-store purchases?
A: If you've made a purchase in one of our stores, there are no refunds; however, we do offer a 7 day exchange, as long as you have your receipt. The item must be in new condition. Any item that has been worn, trimmed, cut or altered in any way cannot be returned. If you'd like to exchange an item, you must bring it back to the store you purchased it from and we'd be happy to help you!
