Shipping & Handling

Q: What are my shipping options?

A: We offer First Class, Priority and Express Shipping.

WITHIN THE US: If your order weighs less than 1 ounce, it will ship by First Class Mail, which is $5.  For all other orders, our default for domestic shipping is Priority Delivery through USPS, which is $10 and you will get your package within about 5-7 days of ordering it.  *If heavier items are included, it may cost a little more.  We also offer USPS Express Mail, which means that for an additional $30, your order will take about 1-3 days to get to you once it's shipped!  Simply click HERE and you will see the Express Shipping- US Only item on our website. Add this item to your cart if you would like Express Shipping within the US.  

INTERNATIONAL: Our default for internationial shipping is Priority Delivery through USPS, and your package will arrive to your country within about 10-14 business days; however it may take extra time to get through customs.  We also offer DHL Express International Shipping, which means that for an additional $20, your order will take about 2-7 days to get to you once it's shipped! Simply click HERE and you will see the Express Shipping DHL- Int'l Only item on our website.   Add this item to your cart if you would like Express International Shipping.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do ship all over the world! Our default for international shipping is Priority Mail through USPS and you will generally have your package within 10-14 business days.  Shipping to Canada is $30 and shipping to all other countries is $45.  If heavier items, such as Shampoo and Conditioner, are included, it may cost a little bit more.  

We also offer DHL Express International Shipping, which means that for an additional $20, your order will take about 2-7 days to get to you once it's shipped! Q: When can I expect my order to ship?

A: We process orders each day (Monday through Friday). If we have the items available in our on-site warehouse, your order will ship out that same day or the following day. If we have to get an item from one of our off-site warehouses, it will ship out the day we receive it.
 

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: If you are in the United States, you will have your order within about 5-7 days of placing it. International shipping takes about 10-14 days to get to the country of destination, and then it depends how long it takes to get through customs.  The only exception to these times is if an item is on backorder. In that case, we will notify you by email of the backorder and the expected arrival date.  And if you need your order quicker, please read above for Express Options.
 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us stating that the Status of your order has changed to Shipped and there will be a Tracking Number that you can click on to track your order.  If you don't see that email, you can email us or call Toll Free (877) 567-9447 and request the Tracking Number. We are happy to track your order for you as well.
 

Q: What if my package is damaged when I receive it?

A: If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse the delivery at no cost to you. If you received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately.
